Are you sleeping healthy?

A healthy sleep is the basic assumption for our good health. An average number of years which a human being spends sleeping is 25 (in other words, a third of his/her life). We all are aware that our daily efficiency depends mostly on a good rest. Sleeping badly makes us in time very mentally inefficient, overweight, sick, depressive and irritated. To lead a successful life, it is very important to find the right balance between being awake/active and resting/relaxing. In other words, we all must get into a habit of having a good sleep and rest.
